Shipping and replacements
Handmade with care. Orders usually ship the next business day (up to 3 days) by tracked USPS Priority Mail, 2 to 3 days. Free shipping on orders over $35, otherwise $2.99.
Because lashes are personal-care items, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or a magnet comes off, email hello@lashloopbeauty.com and we will replace it free.
Questions people ask
Do they feel heavy? They are light weight, and the magnets sit along your lash line.
Will they stay on all day? The design is made to stay in place. Keeping the top lash close to your lash line gives the most secure hold.
Can I wear mascara? Yes. Apply it first if you like, or wear the lashes in place of it.
I have sensitive eyes. There is no lash glue. We cannot promise any product suits every eye, so if you have an eye condition or react to cosmetics, ask your eye care provider first, and stop if you feel irritation.
Contacts or glasses? Put your contacts in first, and apply with clean hands. Questions? Email us.
How do I take them off? Hold the top and bottom pieces together with two fingers and slide the bottom piece out horizontally. Never pull.
